In dissertation the specific of co-operation of folk-lore and author literature is analysed in practice of the second half XVII - to beginning of XVIII age; outlined ideological thematic and genre-stylish range of works of Ukrainian folk-lore about events XVII - to beginning of XVIII age. On the basis of analysis of the systems of a spring base and scientific literature certainly specific of annalistic text as the special unity of high scientific and folk culture in literature of end XVII - to beginning of XVIII age; the feature of fol'klorizmu is exposed in the chronicles of this period. Complex investigational and certainly vividly symbolic dominants of Ukrainian folk-lore about events XVII - to beginning of XVIII age and annalistic works of author literature. The role of verbal folk memory and folk-lore is found out in forming of appearance of history of people and national identity.
