Vorobyova N. Determination of dominants in a regional innovative policy

Research object: use of present innovative potential of region. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical, verification of practical and development of methodical positions in relation to determination of dominants in a regional innovative policy for the decision of practical tasks of innovative development of region. Research methods: system; dialectical; statistical, economic analysis; econometrics design. Theoretical and practical results consist in development of complex of scientifically-methodical positions on determination of dominants in a regional innovative policy, priorities of forward development of region intended for a choice. Theoretical conclusions are taken to the level of concrete recommendations, suitable to introduction at forming of regional innovative policy and its constituents. Utillized: By main administration of economy of Lugansk regional state administration; By the Lugansk regional soviet; By the management of external relations and foreign economic activity of Lugansk regional state administration; By the executive committee of Lugansk city advice of the Lugansk area; in the educational process of the Vostochnoukrainian national university of the name of Vladimir Dalya there are Departments of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the mechanism of realization of regional innovative policy is offered with determination and opening of maintenance of his functional constituents. The lead through of comparative analysis of innovative development of regions of Ukraine and choice of dominants of effective regional innovative policy is grounded. The system of strategic management innovative development of region is developed by co-operation of its basic elements. Essence of concept "Regional innovative policy" and scientific principles of its forming is certain. World experience of forming of regional innovative policy is generalized. The scientific ground of conception of determination of dominants is offered in a regional innovative policy. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy of regional and city state administrations; regional soviets; executive committees of city advices; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
