Object - the processes of generating, stabilizing and selection of signal in radio engineering and telecommunications devices - quartz crystal oscillators and filters, the goal - improving the performance of managed piezoresonance devices of generation and filtering of signals by optimizing the parameters of the quartz crystal on the basis of the development of mathematical models of the piezoelectric element in a one-sided mass-loading and variations of interelectrode gap. Methods - methods of analysis of radio devices, the linear theory of vibrations of piezoelectric bodies, the theory of partial differential equations, variational, tensor and matrix calculus, theory of measurement, mathematical (computer) modeling, theory of errors. For the first time mathematical model piezoresonance devices based on quartz crystal with one-sided mass-loading has been developed. Mathematical model of temperature sensitivity piezoresonance device has been improved. Mathematical model of piezoresonator sensitivity to structural and technological factors has been further developed. Mathematical model of an equivalent electric circuit of the quartz crystal resonator has been further developed.
