Mironets I. The method of efficiency increasing access to confidential information resources.

The thesis is devoted to the development of a method of efficiency increasing access to confidential information resources using logical functions. In the work the model of a process of efficiency increasing access to protected remote data in real time on the basis of the use of Boolean functions for cryptographic transformation by using logical transcoding functions is offered. The method of efficiency increasing access to confidential information resources using logical functions for cryptographic transformation by introducing of logical transcoding functions has been obtained , allowing to reduce a time for access to information by replacing "decoding-encoding" process. On the basis of the methodology of stage-by-stage minimization of Boolean functions a model of information re-encoding device that allowed to put into practice a method of efficiency increasing access to confidential information resources using logical functions has been synthesized. The work's results have been implemented at enterprises and organizations of Ministries of Industrial Policy, Defense, Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine.
