Priymak O. Phytoindication of motor vehicle pollution for cultural phytocoenosis within Dnipropetrovsk megapolis.

The objects are morphofunctional response of different tolerance species of ornamental and perennial flower plants to ingredients of motor vehicle. The aim is to analyze the effect of ingredients of motor vehicle on biological indicators of ornamental flowering plants. The methods are field and laboratory morphological, anatomical, physiological and histochemical studies, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, microscopy, volumetric, observation, analysis, synthesis, and statistics. The accumulation of priority components of vehicle emissions in vegetative plant's organs was analyzed. Effect of pollutants on growth, flowering and fruiting plants for such stressful conditions have been established. The informative test parameters and test subjects for phytoindicational research was revealed. Practicability using for certain species of ornamental plants as bioindicator was made known. Combined and divided effects of certain components of transport emissions in model experiment studied on plant growth and assimilation apparatus were established. The experimental work showed that the treatment for same species of decorative ornamental flower plants in culturphitocenoses by 24-epibrassіnolide and polystimulin K was improves their properties.
