Essay

The thesis is devoted to a synthesis of a control system of the dosing process in order to increase its operating speed. For the dosing process investigation, mathematical description and imitating model oriented on this are developed, which consider kinetic energy of the material, falling into the silo, and nonlinearity of the static characteristic of the vibrating feeder, laboratory device is developed and produced. With the methods of physical experiment, regression analysis, simulation modelling parameters of the control object are defined, analytical dependencies obtained for the static characteristic of the vibrating feeder and a dynamic error of a feedback signal, caused by the falling stream. Basing on the found dependencies, the identification technique is developed, allowing to define the static characteristic of the vibrating feeder on the initial stage of dosing with the unknown height of falling of the material. On the basis of the carried researches, analytical dependencies obtained for calculation, basing on the results of the doser identification, of the regulator parameters providing the maximum operating speed without loss of dosing accuracy.
