Essay

The work presents the solution of urgent scientifically- technical task in providing reliability of hydro-abrasive cutting process on the basement of analysis of phenomena of interaction of rapid stream with small diameter with ejected air –hardphase stream of abrasive particles and following striving of working spurt for the surface being processed. The development of damages of spurt-forming elements is described; it is being suggested the expression for the appraisal of probability of process’ reliability, using of which would allow to separate ways of providing of reability and to suggest new technical solutions in the branch of elaboration of new means for the realization of hydro-abrasive cutting process.
