Research object: process of forming, functioning and regional market of the housing real estate development. Purpose: forming of theoretical, methodical principles and practical recommendations in relation to providing of the effective forming and functioning of regional market of the housing real estate. Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and logical generalization, graphic, system analysis, statistical, cluster and discriminant analysis, economic-mathematical design, structurally functional. Results: modern conception of regional market of the housing real estate development is developed; improved going near the exposure of properties of the regional housing real estate, chart of keeping of market of the housing at forming of demand and supply, methodical going near an analysis and estimation of forming and functioning of regional markets of the housing real estate; got subsequent development of interpretation of regional market of the housing real estate as a regional market system, ground of weak and strong sides, classification signs of regional markets of the housing real estate, subject-objective structure of regional market of the housing, mechanism of the mortgage crediting due to development of story charts, methodical tool to the construction of complex model of regional market of the housing real estate.
