Essay

An object is a process of air cleaning from a dust in a tractor cab by rotary antiflow centrifugal dust separators. A purpose is an increase of sanitary-hygenic terms of labour due to better air cleaning in tractor cabs by creating a high-efficiency rotary antiflow dust separators. Methods. Mechanic-mathematics modeling with the use of propositions of theoretical mechanical and hydraulics, probability theory and methods of planning of multivariable experiment. Novelty. It has been a first, established dependences which allow to ground the constructive parameters of antiflow rotation dust separator, that results in increasing of efficiency of air cleaning in a tractor cab. It has been determined mechanism of kinematics motion of dust particles under the force field action in the space between outer rings of dust separator, on which the construction modes are based at even air distribution along the full length of the rotor. It has been determined conformities to the law of influence of external of tractor environments on working efficiency of the proposed antiflow dust separator during field agricultural works. Results - the new construction of small-sized rotary antiflow centrifugal air dust separator has been developed. The model standard production test have been conducted in Open joint-stock company "Oleksandrovka" and Agricultural production complex named after Vatutin? Where it was used in the system of microclimate control in the cab of KHTZ-170.021 tractor. The results of researches have been introduced in Limited company "Majak" and their economic efficiency acknowledged. Industry is an agricultural production
