Essay

The thesis is devoted to the scientific bases of solving problems of regulation of regional development in the Border Regions of Russia and Ukraine. The research conducted on methodological foundations and content of the integration processes within the regulation of regional development which can justify a theoretical position an increasing role in international relations is the border regions of neighboring countries. The basic form, institutional position of regional development policies of the Border cooperation were defined. On the basis of methodological approaches in terms of cross-border cooperation methodological approach to assessing baseline border and cross-border cooperation was grounded. Reasonable scientific and methodological approaches to the regulation of regional development in Ukrainian and Russian Border-Cooperation with the peculiarities of Ukraine-Russia relations, namely: the theoretical position of market regulation and interaction networks - clusters of cross-border mergers, adapted to the Border-Cooperation in the Donetsk and Rostov regions. These practical recommendations to improve the ways and the strategy of economic integration in the context of the Border-Cooperation between Donetsk and Rostov regions allow for raising competitiveness of complex data in the border regions.
