The object of research is the process of measuring humidity control sheet materials. The study is to improve the accuracy and reliability of measuring humidity control sheet materials, using a method developed by redundant measurements. To achieve this goal used general scientific analysis and synthesis, special methods of investigation: a method for automatic measurement of excess reducing measurement error, based on the theory of numerical methods for solving nonlinear equations of values, theory of measurement and control in the study of metrological characteristics of means of control and reliability control , theory of measurement errors when performing statistical processing of measurement results using the software package Maple 2007. The novelty is that: improved method of measuring humidity control sheet materials, the essence of which is the aggregate measurement of humidity and the measurement result obtained from the solution of equations, whose number is determined by the mathematical model, which allowed to reduce the systematic component of error of uninformative parameters to the object control and measurement converter; received further development of mathematical models of measuring conversion humidity sheet materials, which, unlike known, depending on the type of transformation function of the measuring channel, described by the varying number of nonlinear equations, the solution which connects output value of the input, eliminating the need to identify values influence upon values. The practical value lies in creating methods of practical use of the proposed mathematical models of measuring conversion humidity sheet materials, design and technical solutions the detailed description of measuring control, brought to the maket sample. The degree of implementation - the results of the thesis introduced in the private joint stock company "Publishing "Podilla". The application fields are quality control system of paper, checking its condition in warehouses and in the input control devices for paper publishing periodicals and more.
