Investigations related to soil formation in the early stages of agricultural use of reclaimed land, formed out of a potentially fertile overburden rocks (loess loam, mixture of red-brown clays and loams, and gray-green marly clay) without covering their fertile layer of soil material. In agricultural use as a result of targeted long-term phytomelioration of tehnozems , which was homogeneous and isotropic composition and properties "in the zero-point" soil turns into a vertical anisotropic soil-like body with prototypes of genetic horizons.
