Essay

The thesis is dedicated to research the molecular markers expression at disputable hyperplastic and neoplastic processes in breast. The aim was to improve the histological diagnostics in breast tumors, to develop the prognostic and malignancies criteria of breast cancers for risk group formation. Diagnostic significance and emphasizing of basic and additional immunohistochemical markers for differentiation of pseudoneoplasm and malignancies in breast was determined for the first time. The satisfy requirements immunophenotypes was established. Prognostic significance of all investigated markers (ER, PgR, pS2, Her-2/neu, VEGF, Ki-67, p-53, bcl-2) was proved scientifically in the large simple for the first time. Correlation between these markers expression and intensity of processes of proliferation, differentiation and their relation with breast cancer progression, metastatic dissemination and age was studied in this assay. The findings based on the immunohistochemical profile of investigated tumors allow defining a histological diagnosis, determining with biological behavior of cells, predicting the probable clinical course of breast cancer and optimize as well as therapeutic and surgical treatment.
