Grygorieva Y. Prostate cancer: differential diagnostics by data of transrectal biopsy

Object of research - a tumorlike, pretumoral diseases and a prostates cancer. A research objective: to develop criteria of differential clinico-morphological diagnostics of a prostates cancer on the basis results transrectal punch biopsies. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, histologic, immunohistochemical, statistical processing of results. Novelty - the interrelation of level PSA in blood with features pathomorphological changes in prostate at tumor like conditions, pretumoral processes and malignant prostates tumors. Results - the algorithm of verification of a pathology of prostates is developed at performance transrectal punch biopsies in comparison to clinical data and definition of level PSA in blood. It is introduced in practice of the pathologic anatomical department of Kiev Clinic №1, pathologic anatomical department of Hospital VMU SBU, pathologic anatomical department of Hospital State border services of Ukraine and in educational process of department of pathological anatomy, histology and forensic medicine of the Kiev medical university of the Ukrainian association of national medicine.
