Essay

Object: monosegmental disk hernia and microinstability. Objective: improve the treatment of patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine by optimmizing the surgical tactic and subsequent rehabilitation. Methods: clinical examination, x-ray examination, computer tomography, ASIA scale, visual analogue and neuropathic pain scales, electromyography, blood indices, Oswestry questionneire. For the first time through an integrated methods was analyzed the effectiveness of surgical interventions performed for patients with degenerative disease of the lunbar spine during early and late stages of rehabilitation. Surgical treatment recomendations for patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine was developed. The efficiency of rehabilitation in sanatorium after decompressive and decompressive-stabilizing operations on the lumbar spine was proved. In this thesis it was simmarized principles of surgical tactic and methods of surgical treatment of patients with compression syndromes and microinstability of lumbar part of spine. It was analyzed etiology of residual pain syndroms after decompression and decompression with stabilization surgeries on lumbar part of spine and was provided treatment directions. Thus, this study let us improve and introduce algorithms of surgical treatment of patients with degenerative diseases of lumbar part of spine. Results of the study was introduced in the clinic of the State Institution "Crimean State Medical University names after S.I. Georgievskiy", and Simferopol Central Regional Hospital. Received information was used during education process of students in Surgery department № 2 of the State Institution "Crimean State Medical University named after S.I. Georgievsiy".
