Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of an opportunity of perfection of the characteristics of installations powder fire extinguishes by application of the new circuits of preparation and transportation of a powder. On the basis of the analysis of processes of transportation and restoration of fluidity small sized powders the essentially new technical circuit of construction of installations of powder suppression is offered. It is based on application in installation of the centrifugal machine carrying out function of the vibrator for restoration of fluidity of a powder and working body on its transportation. The mathematical modeling of working processes proceeding in installation with the centrifugal machine receives analytical expressions installing dependence on design data of installation of the characteristics of vibrating preparation of a powder, movement of a mix of a powder with air in its flowing part and movement of a powder jet on a site of delivery. By numerical experiment by definition of the characteristics of installations, is established, that at radius of a final aperture of the bunker 0,09 м, radius of the driving wheel 0,2 м the installation is capable to carry out transportation of a powder with the mass charge 43,25 kg/s with volumetric concentration in a mix equal 0,111 м3/м3, that there meets of its mass concentration - 216,3 kg/kg. The adequacy of mathematical models to working processes of installations is experimentally confirmed. The basic operational characteristics for two skilled samples of installations with weight of the equipped powder of 100 kg and 250 kg in the bunker are determined. Fire of range the tests confirm serviceability of installations at volumetric and superficial suppression.
