Theoretical and experimental base for technological support of working characteristics of printing equipment on the production control system base, which helps to increase equipment's tear and wear resistance and to increase the quality of printing products. The mathematic models are researched for the invented technological process. The analytical dependence between production factors and quality of printed products is presented. Algorithm for control of renewal and finishing-hardening treatment in the production control system processes is offered. The results of theoretical and experimental researches are installed in production.
