Essay

The thesis is dedicated to solving scientific problem of increasing efficiency of machining parts made of hard-processed manganese steels by reducing the energy-power indicators of the cutting process using an adjustable rotary turning due to the deformation structural anisotropy of material of semimanufactures surface. Formulas for calculating the angle of the texture of the surface cutting and real cutting speed during forward and reverse forced rotation of the cutting cup are obtained. A physical model of power interaction with regulated rotary turning is de-signed. Mathematical models of the total power dependence are obtained. The power is spent on process of adjustable rotary turning and rough surface due to the regulated rotary turning of the kinematic factor, submission tool, depth of the cutting.
