Essay

The thesis includes the results of experimental researches of alpha decay of natural isotopes of tungsten, in particular 180W which has been detected for the first time. The technique of search of rare nuclear processes with the help low background scintillation detectors is improved. The new experimental data about scintillation, spectrometric and background characteristics of scintillation crystals CaWO4, ZnWO4 and CdWO4 is obtained.
