Essay

The fabrication methods of intercalant structures with alternately located photosensitive semiconductors and 3d-containing magnetoactive nanolayers was developed with ensuring the giant magnetoresistive affect at room temperature, 3d-intercalational modification of graphite clusters. The galvano-photomagnetic peculiarities for such structures were formulated and ways of their effective application in spintronic and molecular energetic were developed. The concept of synthesis of intercalanted nanostructures with 3d-containig "guest" components in external magnetic field as effective method for their property and behavior control in external physical fields was by the first time proposed and experimentally proved.
