Essay

The thesis dedicated to improving of treatment's results of patients with fracture of tibia shaft. In the dissertation has presented experimental comparison of perforated defect healing in animals with perforated defect, perforated defect filled cancellous, perforated defect filled enriched plate fibrin gel, perforated defect filled enriched plate fibrin gel in a complex with cancellous. It has spent histomorphometry the analysis of a bony tissue to different terms of healing of defect. Positive influence on colony-formation mesenchymal stem cells intact cancellous had shown and a bony tissue in a zone of fracture in the presence of enriched plate fibrin gel in vitro. The way of optimisation of a current reparative regeneration of fracture tibia shaft by means of enriched plate fibrin gel is developed. On the basis of the clinical, radiological, statistical analysis influence enriched plate fibrin gel on fracture healing is studied.
