Grenyshen A. Russian political liberalism of the first quarter of the nineteenth century: historical and theoretical aspect

The dissertation is dedicated to the development of the theory and implementation into practice the ideas of political liberalism in the Russian state in the 1st quarter of XIX century. On the basis of the data from archived and published sources as well as literature, main components of Russian political liberalism of the 1st quarter of XIX century have been defined. Reasons and consequences of liberal reforms made by the government of Emperor Alexander I have been clarified as well as ideological and moral basis of the Russian political system transformation in the 1st quarter of XIX century has been analyzed. The work covers the role of the religious factor in the process of Russian social relations liberalization and the meaning of Russian educational area for this Earopeanisation process within the 1st quarter of XIX century. It clarifies the meaning of State Council creation and of turning the Senate into the highest organ of the Russian judicial authority.
