Zhilyaeva N. Effective support regional competitiveness and its exports

Research object: processes to ensure the competitiveness of regions of Ukraine and its exports. Purpose: development of scientific and methodological principles and practical recommendations for effective competitiveness of regions based on the full use of their capacity and formation of the optimal structure of exports. Methods: A systematic and comparative analysis in combination with the methods of abstraction, induction and deduction, the techniques of situational and logical framework analysis, the index method, correlation and regression analysis, exponential smoothing method, simplex method of linear programming. Results for the first time developed a theoretical basis for the competitiveness of the region which are based on performance criteria to assess competitiveness through process approach in its three dimensions - economic, social, management, improved terminology and conceptual apparatus, in particular the concept of "competitive region", methodical approach to evaluating the competitiveness of the region by calculating the integral of economic potential and socio-economic efficiency, organizational and economic mechanism of effective competitiveness of regions, model of the structure of exports of the region; had the further development of the conceptual foundations of the competitiveness of regions, methodical approach to research productivity export regions.
