The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the Galaxy kinematics parameters by means data of the HCRS catalogues (Tycho2, UCAC3, PPMXL) and absolute proper motions of stars of the XPM catalogue. In the range 15 <B <22 magnitude in the Ogorodnikov-Milne model using the proper motion stars of the XPM catalogue the first time obtained the kinematics parameters of Galaxy and Oort's constants equal A = 8.2±0.44 km/s/kpc, В = -11.26±0.34 km/s/kpc and the angular velocity of Galaxy is w = -4.11 ±0.12 mas/year. The first time using of kinematics analysis shows that proper motion stars of the HCRF catalogues, such as the Tycho-2, UCAC2, UCAC3 and PPMXL, have significant systematic errors that lead to false values of kinematics parameters and of fictitious corrections to lunar-solar precession constants.
