Essay

The purpose: deepening of teoretiko-methodological principles of a substantiation of ways of increase of efficiency of formation of the innovative economic mechanism of the integrated management and the reference with a firm household waste at regional level. Object of research: scientifically-methodical and scientifically-practical aspects of the integrated economic management and the reference with a firm household waste at regional level. Research methods: fundamental positions of the modern economic theory, methods of the economic analysis, the system-structural analysis, the logic analysis, a method of statistical groupings. The scheme of formation and realisation of the economic mechanism of management by sphere of the reference from region TBO by redistribution of financial streams is proved. Methodological approaches to improvement of sphere of the reference with a waste in Ukraine, in particular with ТБО which are based on definition of a complex of estimations of use of their resource potential from the point of view of constant development taking into account specificity of region are offered. It is improved: economic tools of management of sphere of the reference with ТБО at regional level taking into account definition of the prime purposes. It is entered: the mechanism of formation of sources of state financing of actions for protection surrounding natural environments with attraction of additional standard base which will be developed at regional level. Use sphere: the state and regional authorities, the firm household waste enterprises and higher educational institutions.
