Dissertation is devoted to the study of the formation of future practical psychologists to resolve interpersonal conflicts. The paper presents the analysis of scientific-theoretical concepts and approaches to studying the problem of future practical psychologists to resolve interpersonal conflicts. Defined content and performance of future practical psychologists to resolve interpersonal conflicts. Outlined the structural components of readiness to resolve interpersonal conflicts: 1) motivation, 2) cognitive, 3) operating, 4) communicative, 5) emotional. There are psychological features, organizational, professional and socio-demographic factors of the development of future psychologists to resolve interpersonal conflicts. Developed and tested program for building of future psychologists to resolve interpersonal conflicts, implementation of which results in the training of future psychologists have proved its effectiveness.
