Essay

The structural properties of barrier phase in the nanocomposite films with silica matrix, modified by С and Al2O3 are investigated. Their influence on the luminescent properties of nanocomposites is studied. Metastable defects in the porous film systems with nanoinclusions of silicon that anneal at low temperatures in inert environment or in vacuum are found. The processes of the thermal annealing of centers of nonradiative recombination on the surface of silicon nanoinclusions in porous silica matrix are investigated. The parameters of annealing are determined (Еа is distributed in the range at 0,65-1,05 eV with the peak position of ~ 0,8 eV, the value of А=10Е7 sec-1). The nature of these defects is inferred. The physical mechanism of the influence of chemical treatment in the HF vapor on the structural and luminescent properties of the film porous nanocomposites with nanosize silicon is established.
