Object - generative selection of grape rootstocks varieties; aim - evaluation and selection of perspective grape rootstock forms of NSC "IVWM named after V.Ye. Tairov" selection for complex of agrobiological characteristics, methods - agrobiological, phonological, biochemical, biometrical and dispersive analysis; novelty – complex of agrobiological indices to assess grape rootstock forms has been studied, methodology of study and selection of genotypes’ stocks at different stages of selection process has been improved; results - assortment of grape rootstocks of Ukraine has been enriched by Dobrynya variety, nursery plantings have been created on the territory of 1 ha in Odessa and Kherson regions, branch - viticulture.
