Object of the study is process of management of city’s territorial community’s resources. Objective of study is development theorist-methodical basis and practical recommendation on provision efficiency of management of city’s territorial community’s resources. Methods of research are logician-theoretical generalization, categorizations and comparative features, estimations of the dynamic rows, simulation and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical approaches to estimation of the particularities of management of city’s territorial community’s resources; development theoretical, methodical and applied positions on increasing efficiency of management of city’s territorial community’s resources. Novelty is recommendations on increasing efficiency of management of city’s territorial community’s resources. Degree of the introduction by Donetsk and Makiivsk city councils, Donetsk regional state administration, PE "Town public facility". Sphere of use is regional body of management.
