The object is air pulse-jet engine (PJ) with mechanical valve (MV); the aims is development of a designing PJ method with high MV resource; methods - full-scale study, mathematical modeling, materials analysis, criterial analysis, methods of the experiment; novelty - the first time proposed the PJ design method with high MV resource, developed a MV mathematical model, a way of backfit the propulsion system with PJ and unmanned aviation complex; the results - the intensification of the development PJ process with the MV, a quality improvement project activities; industry - aircraft engine.
