Logvinenko O. Development of investment potential of region due to the money streams of enterprises

The subject of investigation is the processes of socio-economic development of the region. The purpose of investigation is the development of theoretically methodical statements for the development of the investment potential of the enterprises of the region by improving the organizationally economic mechanism of the cash flow management of the production enterprises. The methods of research are comparison, generalization; empiric method, ratio analysis, graphic and index methods, specification, grouping, economically mathematical modeling. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in the development of the new model of the activating the investment activity in the region by means of increasing the effectiveness of the cash flow management of the production enterprises. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that first the model of the cash flow management has been developed; the methodical approach to the identification of the optimal demand balance, taking into account the factors of liquidity, profitability and risk, has been suggested. The categorical framework of the regional economy; the model of the analysis of the cash flow for the investigation and state estimation of the cash flow management; the model of the estimation of the cash flow management in terms of liquidity, negotiability and effectiveness on the meso- and microeconomic levels, have been improved. The generalization of different approaches to the definition of the essence of the economic content of the cash flow; the classification of the types of the cash flows of the enterprises taking into account the most complete number of characteristics; the principles and methods of the organization of the cash flow management of the enterprises; the analysis and research of the approaches of the national and foreign scientists to the optimization of the demand balance; the development of the organizationally economic measures for the activation of the formation of the investment potential of the region, have been further developed.
