Essay

The dissertation deals with increasing of wear resistance of pins of hydropump gears by antifriction non-abrasive finishing on the basis of establishment the law of technological factors influence on tribotechnical characteristics. The carried out research has resulted in the development of the scientific foundations of a new ANF concept - the process of antifriction non-abrasive vibration finishing (ANVF), based on combination of 4 types of component part and tool motion: component part rotation, tool rotation and lengthwise advance with its oscillation. The developed model of ANVF process has enabled to describe the behavior of materials of component part and tool during the oscillation of the latter across the component part surface roughness, meanwhile the blast effect is considered to be the resultant of spreading longitudinal and transverse components with different speed. Based on the developed algorithm for engineering analyses of parameters of technological process ANVF a computer program for determining rational treatment modes in Microsoft Office Access media has been created. Research has proved that during ANVF heterogeneous diphase covering of advanced microhardness is created, enabling reducing of period "shaft-bush" pair breaking-in by factor of 4-5 and that enables to increase useful operating life of hydropumps. Created recommendations on treatment of pins of hydropump gears ANVF were introduced at Staryi Krym enterprise "Selkhoztekhnika", autonomic republic Crimes.
