The dissertation is devoted to the questions of complexing of hardwares, algorithms and methods of data obtaining and their mathematical treatment with the purpose of precursor effects revealing in the geophysical fields before an earthquake that is necessary for understanding of all processes which take place in the hearth of earthquake. The precursor criteria for every method, which can be used for an automatic revealing and authentication of anomalies in the geophysical fields, are marked as the forecaster. The evaluations of probability of earthquake origin for the Vrancea region from M>5 and from Scotia Sea M>7 were obtained.
