Essay

Object of research - the process of diamond-spark grinding hard alloy with nanosized grains monokarbidu tungsten, which provides the solution processing of this alloy, the purpose of research - problem solving treatment of hard alloys with nanoscale grain monokarbidu tungsten-based analysis of physical features of diamond-spark grinding; methods of investigation - the work is done on the basis of theoretical and experimental investigations of grinding processes and mikrorizannya using the theory of cutting of materials, technology, engineering, solid state physics, planning experiments and modern equipment, grinding coefficients and energy of the process were investigated by means of special units that provide resilient scheme grinding, surface roughness was determined by Profilometers-profilohrafa, mikroheometriya cutting edge studied using a special measuring station, the state of the cutting surface of diamond circles analyzed by comparison microscope, residual stresses were investigated by X-ray analysis on diffractometer; theoretical and practical results are that reasonable and implemented opportunities high-performance and high processing hard alloy with nanosized grains monokarbidu tungsten, found that the most effective way of handling it is resurfacing with the introduction of additional energy in the cutting zone - diamond-spark grinding with reverse polarity, it is shown that diamond wheels can be used on any kind tokoprovidnyh relations with measured influence of single digits with some frequency pulses in touch circle; novelty - the peculiarities of formation of residual stress state in the solid alloy "VolKar" after diamond grinding and spark energy value ratio and grinding process; degree uprvadzhennya - Kharkov Electrical Engineering Plant "Ukrelectromash" field of use - mechanical engineering, machining and machine-tool industry.
