Essay

Object of research - the process of machining in a minimized supply MOTS, the purpose of research - the definition of conditions on effective application ecologically safe Technical Lubricating Refrigerants (TLR) the vegetative nature on the basis of studying of features of their influence on contact processes, wear resistance and quality of the processed surface at cutting on the operations which are carried out on technological restrictions; methods of investigation - the theoretical, experimental and industrial research, development of practical recommendations were carried out on the basis of the theory of cutting, operation of tools and manufacturing engineering. Methods were applied optical and scanning electron microscopy, trybometriyi, and X-ray microanalysis, mathematical planning and comprehensive treatment of the experimental results; theoretical and practical results - the method of research, which allows to determine the adhesion properties of the cutting tool with the material in the application of different technological environments, reasonable terms of environmental safety and economic feasibility of its use as a MOTS both natural and modified vegetable oils, the influence of contact pressure, temperature and viscosity of liquid media technology on the nature of the interaction of adhesion, the peculiarities of the mechanism of influence on vegetable MOTS contact processes when cutting materials with different properties, it is established influence technological environments of the vegetative nature on the contact area, temperature and forces of the cutting, the industrial tests and developed practical recommendations for the use of vegetable oils as the basis for preparing lubricating-cooling technological environments; novelty - established ways of improving the use of technological media of plant origin in the operations to be performed with low cutting modes predicted by the degree of control of lubricating action in minimizing costs MOTS; experimental-industrial implementation of the results of the thesis conducted at JSC NPO "Iodobrom" (Saki)
