Essay

The new method of diffuse-dynamical combined diffractometry has been proposed and developed, and realized. This method allows to carry out multiparametric diagnosis of multilayer systems with defects by simultaneous combined processing of diffraction curves that had been obtained in various diffraction conditions, notably Laue-diffraction, and Bragg-diffraction for both straightforward scattering and reverse scattering, and for both soft X-Ray and hard x-Ray including borderline cases of dynamically "thin" and "thick" crystals. As a result this method has been allowed to solve a problem of single-valued multiparametric characterization of such systems.
