Berenov K. Back and pelvic pain in pregnance: diagnostic, prognostic and treatment.

Object: lumbar-spinal pain in pregnant woman. Aim: to improve diagnostics, prognosis and treatment of lumbar-spinal pain in pregnant woman. Methods of the study: informational-patent, clinical, biomechanical, ultrasonography and statistics. At the first time are revealed quantities criteria of diagnostic value and information of symptoms and syndromes in different pain patterns of lumbar-spinal pain in pregnants. There are has been shown changes of anthropometric parameters of spinal-pelvic balance in pregnants and defined their correlation with the development and progressing of lumbar-spinal pain. At the first time specified biomechanical peculiarities of the stress and different muscle's groups endurance in healthy pregnant and nonpregnant woman without and with lumbar-spinal pain. Data obtained according to posture coordination, parameters indirect assessment of functional system of the locomotor system. At the first time defined values of prognostic and information prediction and risk factors for the development of lumbar-spinal pain in pregnant woman and system of prognosing is developed. Results of this study specify pathogenesis of lumbar-spinal pain in pregnant woman. New approach in diagnostic, prognosing and progresing of the spine-pelvic pain in pregnant allows to improve quality of the medical care in these patients.
