Tarasova O. Optimization of structural changes in the economy of region

Research object: processes of structural changes are in the regional economic system. Research purpose: driving to the balanced state of the regional economic system on the basis of suggestions in relation to structural changes in the economy of region. Research methods: logical generalization, analysis of the systems, synthesis and comparison; analysis of hierarchies; economic-statistical; graphic; expert evaluation; system dynamics. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific-theoretical positions in relation to determination of optimum of structural changes in the economy of region. Scientific results are got suitable for the practical use of executive power regional organs for the sake of forming of effective regional policy in relation to driving to the balanced state of the regional economic system. Utillized: By the management of scientific-technical and innovative development of Main administration of industry and development of infrastructure of Donetsk regional state administration; by the executive committee of Kharciz'kogo of city advice of the Donetsk area; Urzufskim by the village soviet of the May day district of the Donetsk area; By the Donetsk industrial chamber of commerce; By the regional branch of the National institute of strategic researches in town Donetsk; in the educational process of the State university of informatics and artificial intelligence of Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the strategic card of development of socio-economic sphere of region is developed. The scenario-dynamic model of direction finding structural changes is offered in the regional economic system and the territorial going is improved near forming of orgware of realization of its structural changes. Approach of the systems is offered to the estimation structurally dynamic transformations to the regional economic system, the receptions of analysis of structural changes are improved in the economy of region. Understanding of essence of structure of economy is extended as to the economic category. Classification of going is offered near realization of structural changes. Determination of optimum of structural changes got further development in the regional economic system.
