Research object: innovative development of industrial sector of region. Research purpose: deepening of theoretical bases and development of scientific-practical positions in relation to providing of innovative development of region with the use of marketings approaches and instruments. Research methods: historical-logical; dialectical logic; index and scientific generalization; classifications, comparisons, designs; factor, comparatively economic analysis, SWOT-analysis. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific-practical positions in relation to the marketing providing of innovative development of region. Can be drawn on the got scientific results the regional organs of executive power for forming of effective regional policy of innovative development. The necessity of determination of estimation of level (positions) of innovative development of industrial sector of region is grounded and approach of the systems is improved to the estimation of dynamics of his development.
