Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the effect of different doses of Zn2 + and Cr3 + on cellular and humoral immunity, metabolism in piglets during feeding stress period. On the basis of obtained results the novel compounding of feed mill for piglets was elaborated. It was found that complex addition of the Zn2 + and Cr3 + in to the diet of piglets decrease the concentration of stress hormones in the blood, increase activity of cellular and humoral immune protection, enzymatic and non enzymatic antioxidant system, enhance the aerobic oxidation of glucose, improve oxygen-transport function of blood, reduce the intensity of aging and hemolysis of red blood cells, protein catabolism and morbidity. Increasing of trace elements concentrations applied in the blood of piglets had pronounced effects on their productivity and overall resistance of piglets. Thus, average daily gain in piglets of II experimental group increased by 5,2 % and safety up to 8% relative to control group animals. A method of general and stress resistance strengthening and piglets yield increase in production environment was developed.
