Essay

Object: ubiquinone biosynthesis in animals under normal as well as pathological conditions. Aim: to determine the possibility of activation of ubiquinone biosynthesis and function with the help of precursors and modulators of its biosynthesis. Methods: biochemical, physiological, statistical. It is shown that ubiquinone biosynthesis and function are disrupted under pathological conditions, and that such changes can be corrected with the help of complexes of precusors and modulator of ubiquinone biosynthesis, and the optimal composition of such complexe is determined. Area of application: medical and biological profile organizations.
