Konenko V. Improvement of Market Pricing Mechanism for Gas Supply Services at the Regional Level (on example of Kharkiv region)

Research purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological regulations to improve market pricing mechanism for natural gas and gas services, the formation of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the services organizations and development of gas supply services of Ukrainian regions (on the example of Kharkiv region). Research object: the process of providing gas supply services to the population and Ukrainian region companies. Research subject: methodological support of forming prices as well as organizational, management and economic ties that arise in the functioning of organizations to provide services and the development of gas supply to the population and enterprises of Ukrainian regions. Research methods: method of systems analysis, methods of mathematic statistics, method of interindustrial balance, methods of system dynamics. Improved: market mechanism of price forming on gas and gas services; scheme of basic subsystems synthesis that generate and characterize the economic sustainability of gas supply organizations in the region, a system of key principles for the development of gas supply services in the region nowadays. Were further developed: the control scheme of gas supply organizations innovation activity in the region, methodological basis for the development of strategies for regional development of gas facilities in the region; system of mobilizing reserves for formation and development of the strategic potential of gas supply organizations in the region. Implemented: the mechanism for improving the tariff policy on gas, the key principles of service supply. Sphere of application: in practice the gas industry in setting wholesale prices for natural gas.
