Essay

The object of study - the process of modeling the characteristics of the raw materials, production processes and schemes of coal enrichment plant under conditions of incomplete information. The subject of study - an automated process control system of coal batch preparation for enrichment. Research methods. The paper uses fuzzy information processing techniques, theory and methods of situational analysis of production systems, probability theory and mathematical statistics, decision theory and systems analysis, advanced programming techniques, the theory of automatic control. Scientific novelty of the results. Improved model for describing the fractional composition, based on the obtained in explicit form the relationship between density and ash content of raw coal, which is based on the laws of conservation of matter, which allows you to recover information about the fractional composition of coal over the entire density range. For the first time a method for solving direct and inverse batch problem based on the analytic representation of the mixture components and on the criterion of functional characteristics of proximity to the specified input parameters, as well as the representation of the processing of coal in the form of an operator in the distribution functions of the source material, thus increasing the accuracy of the calculations and reduce computational errors. For the first time developed an automated process control system for the enrichment of coal batch preparation, with elements of a decision support system for calculating the optimum composition of the coal batch, based on the proposed mathematical models that reflect the essence of physical processes of enrichment, which allows to determine the optimum process conditions of enrichment in unstable characteristics of raw materials with the possibility of a change management strategy. The practical significance of the results. A set of software tools for investigation and management of the preparation of coal blend containing the recovery software and the fractional size distribution of raw coal, generating a mixture of several coal for a given equity or output characteristics, prognosis and results of the coal separation select the optimal composition of the mixture, which will allow us to solve problems optimal batch problem on existing and planned plants. An automated system for managing the preparation of coal charge for enrichment in order to determine the values of control actions and their submission to the equipment in a variable environment, maintain fitness in the absence of storage bins.
