Essay

The object of study - the process of dimensional processing of the arc in the class of machines EAM powered by direct current arc. The purpose and objectives of the study. The aim of this study is the actual solution of scientific and technical development tasks of management regime of the arc in the ROD on the basis of mathematical statistics methods for early detection of changes in object state management and control systems required by the reaction to these changes in conditions of additive noise by means of an automated process control system EAM, implementing the methods developed and results of the studies, so that regime stability is achieved by the arc and increase the productivity of the process of EAM. Research Methods - statistical methods, methods of control theory and control methods of physical and software process modeling EAM. Modeling management process carried out on the EAM machine model with a specially designed software and hardware with the scientific and technological advances in electronics, computer and data processing technology. Experimental studies were conducted on the process of EAM machine model, "DUGA-8M" and model "4B722". Scientific novelty of the results is determined by such theoretical and practical results obtained by the author: For the first time found that for each value of the constant-current arc selective cross-correlation coefficient between the signals of current and arc voltage has an extremum in the middle of the plot of the dynamic current-voltage characteristics of the arc and directly corresponds to the position of the operating point of the arc, which is required for maximum performance in the process of ROD a given arc current. First proposed and implemented a method of automatic determination of the required operating point of the arc to its dynamic volt-ampere characteristic and the value of the specified exposure mode dial arc on the extremum of selective cross-correlation coefficient between the signals of current and arc voltage, which allows to solve the problem of automatic control mode of arc burning in processing details of the electric arc. First proposed and implemented a method of controlling the mode of arc burning in the ROD on the basis of the theory of testing statistical hypotheses in order to detect changes in the average values ??of arc voltage with minimum delay and minimum false alarms. This resulted in a response regulator required for the signal change and stability of the regime of the arc under the action of additive noise. For the first time to create an automated process control system used by ROD signal processing control object on the basis of their correlations and the theory of testing statistical hypotheses, which resolves the problem of increasing the productivity of the process of ROD.
