Object - is a process of forming of regional market of recreational services; an aim is development of scientifically-methodical bases of forming of regional market of recreational services in Ukraine and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of them investment attractiveness, management processes in the system of forming of market taking into account the strategic reference-points of his development; methods - to the analysis, synthesis, historical analysis, generalization, plural cross-correlation analysis, statistical, graphic; novelty - conceptual approaches of forming of strategic reference-points of market of recreational services development are worked out on the basis of evaluation mechanism of investment attractiveness of regional market of recreational services, that includes rating estimation of investment attractiveness of market, determination and estimation of ponderability and prevailing of one of groups of regional factors : productive, social, labour, naturally-resource, unstimulation; results - forming of strategic reference point of recreational services market development on the base of estimation of market investment attractiveness; industry - productive forces and regional economy development.
