Goncharova G. Immunomorphological diagnostics of mesenchymal tumors of uterine corpus

The thesis is dedicated to research the markers of biological properties expression for benign and malignant tumors of uterine corpus. These kinds of pathology immunophenotypes wеre updated. Basic and additional criteriа for differential diagnostics between leiomyomas, leiomyosarcomas, endometrial stromal nodules and sarcomas with different grade was clearly defined for the first time. High diagnostic significance of such markers as ER, PgR, Ki-67, p53, p21, bax, cyclin D1, VEGF, TSP-1, CD34, CD-10, desmin, h-caldesmon for non-epithelial tumors of uterine corpus was proved and statistically confirmed. The complex differential-diagnostic criteria for malignant potential clarification and histohenesis determination were developed for the first time. The findings based on the immunohistochemical profile of tumors allow defining a histological diagnosis, biological properties of pathological process and optimize the therapeutic tactics.
