Essay

The thesis applies for the original geodynamical investigations of the Transcarpathians territory. New laser-digital techniques of tension and weather-temperature observations on the base of author's implementations were used. A correlation between the geological structure, season variations of temperature, influence of tidal potential and seismic conditions in the region was stated. On the base of tension-metering, seismic and temperature data monitoring new perspective ways for detecting of accumulation and redistribution of elastic deformations are shown. Probable precursors of local earthquakes are described.
