Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to development of upwarpings epoxy flame retardants with low-temperature cure. The task is decided by joint introduction in composition of epoxide resins co-intercalation graphites and ammophos, and also application of a amine binary curing. It is shown, that at addition co-intercalation graphites in composition of epoxide compounds thermal stability the carbon residue increases at 800 °С in 2 times in comparison with epoxide resins, filled by the co- intercalation graphites. Developed epoxide compounds regards to a І group of fireproof efficiency on wood. At addition co-intercalation graphites in epoxy composition the index of potential danger decreases in 4,5-5 times. It is defined, that fireproof efficiency of developed upwarpings composition in a mode of a standard fire makes 39-45 minutes and excess on 11-21 % fireproof efficiency of the certificated compositions which exist in Ukraine and Russian ("Endotherm ХТ-150" and "Protherm Steel").
