Dissertation is dedicated to study of the metabolic processes' peculiarities in the liver and kidneys in case of acute experimental pancreatitis and expediency of superoxide dismutase and modulators of nitric oxide synthesis (aminoguanidine, L-arginine) administration for its correction. It was found that aminoguanidine attenuated the oxidative stress in the liver and kidneys due to normalization of nitric oxide synthesis. The ability to activate the antioxidant system was proved in case of combined usage of recombinant superoxide dismutase and aminoguanidine.
