3. Object of research - process of acceptance effective decisions. Research objective - synthesis of methods, mathematical models and tool means of acceptance of effective decisions in poorlyformalized social and economic systems with the account set of criteria, and statistical uncertainty of the initial data.Research methods are based on the theory of systems for structurization and formalization of a problem of organizational management poorlyformalized systems; research of operations at the analysis of methods of decision-making in the conditions of risk; theories of utility and multiple-factor estimation at synthesis of model of an estimation of utility set of criteria alternative decisions; the introspective analysis for reception of the initial expert information; set of criteria optimization; probability theories; mathematical programming. Equipment - the personal computer. Theoretical and practical results of research - the developed methods and mathematical models are the contribution to development of the standard theory of decision-making to conditions set of criteria and interval uncertainty, that is, in poorlyformalized systems; the developed mathematical models and computing procedures allow to solve a wide range of problems of decision-making in conditions set of criteria and uncertainty. Scientific novelty - for the first time the method of synthesis and structurally-parametrical identification of model of scalar multiple-factor estimation, (is offered alternative to a traditional method of expert estimation to utility function) the alternative decisions, based on ideas comparatives identification; has had the further development alternative to a traditional method of expert estimation a method of synthesis and structurally-parametrical identification of model scalar set of criteria estimations (utility function), the alternative decisions, based on ideas comparatives identifications in poorly formalized systems; models of the decision of a classical problem of distribution of investment resources in hierarchical organizational system with the account set of criteria, stochastic uncertainty and different degree of centralization of management are improved. Results of dissertational work are introduced in the closed joint-stock company. Institute of the automated systems (Kharkov) for working out of a long-term plan of development of the enterprise and definition of the nomenclature of let out production, and also are used in educational process of the Kharkov national university of radio electronics on system engineering chair at teaching of disciplines: "the working out and decision-making Theory", "the Modern theory of management", "Organizational management" and at degree designing. Scientific theoretical and practical results of dissertational work can be used: at the enterprises and in the organizations in which systems of support of decision-making are created or maintained; in educational process of higher educational institutions where the decision-making theory is studied.
